I left the team prepared to play for a nationally ranked division three college. I was now confident in my abilities and since then have become a three time division three All-American. I owe my success to Coach Rowley. I truly believe I would not be the player or person I am today if I had not joined Coach Rowley’s CAVA team. He had molded me into the best possible player I could be. In a short amount of time Rowley was able to teach me volleyball skills but most importantly life lessons. He taught our team how to make relationships and be respectful. He was able to push me to my limits, which has taught me to never give up and if you work hard enough you can accomplish anything. The time I spent at CAVA I will cherish forever. Steve was a great mentor to me and my teammates and is still today."
